We are accredited to the ISO 9001 quality system covering our manufacturing, distribution, research and development functions.Products that we manufacture include:
UV offset, rollcoat, flexo and screen inks, varnishes and adhesives for the graphics and packaging industries including water-reduced and low odour coatings for food packaging applications, and specialized products for plastics, credit cards, etc.
UV rollcoat, spray, vacuum-coat, curtain coat and flow-coat varnishes, paints and encapsulants for building products, electronics, and consumer durable items or components.
UV resins and systems for glass repair, lamination and fibre glass composites.
We can also help with application machinery and UV drying hardware, so the company is in a good position to help clients with a total solution UV conversion and supply consumables. Of particular interest to the graphics market is the Fusion range of microwave energized UV units for retrofitting to web presses and other graphics applications. These units have unmatched peak irradiance and favourable UV/heat input ratios. We can carry out engineering project to design lines, which use Fusion lamps if needed.
For rollcoating and curtain coating operations, we will work in with reputable equipment manufacturers to arrive at a 'turn-key' solution. Advice on setting up coating lines (waterbased and UV) is a free no obligation service.
Ultraviolet (UV) curing is a photochemical process in which high intensity UV is used to instantly cure inks, coatings or adhesives in a wide range of industries. Offering many advantages over traditional drying methods, UV curing has been shown to increase production speed, reduce reject rates, improve scratch and solvent resistance, and facilitate superior bonding.
Radiation curing with ultraviolet light is considered a 'green' technology. It provides a healthier environment to workers and offers several advantages over solvent-based technologies including a reduction in VOCs (volatile organic compounds), air pollutants and flammability.
